Chickens
We pasture raise our chickens and feed them top quality feed and scratch as well as all the scraps we can muster from the kitchen. We have a variety of breeds, but we specifically focus on Wyandotte’s and Olive Eggers as they are high production and both heat and cold hardy birds. They are also beautiful!

The Coop
The coop was a project that the entire ranch was involved in making happen. We moved an old unused shed to a perfectly shaded spot, designed the inside to accommodate an easy to clean coop and storage, and built the run to be predator proof and equally easy to clean. Check out the full build here.
Hens
We have peeps a few times a year and young hens all year long. We have a variety of breeds including Orpingtons, Wyandottes, Olive Eggers, Barred and White Plymouth Rocks, Ameraucana, Leghorns, Easter Eggers and more!
